*Report from the road - 6-11-2008, 12:45 PM EDT*

This paragraph below was posted to the RAAM news site just a few minutes ago. The whole RAAM organization is world-class in every way - professional, friendly and supportive. This race truly is a brotherhood and sisterhood of total whack-jobs! ;-)

We stopped by TS 13 in Durango, CO and were lucky enough to catch up with a few of the racers crew. It seems getting out of the desert and into the cooler Colorado weather has lifted everyone’s spirits.
The first racer and crew I was able to talk to was Rob Morlock. He’s feeling recharged and ready as the Rocky Mountains approach. His crew was friendly and happy to talk about the journey they have been experiencing as we leave the western states. Apparently, Morlock is such a good natured guy, he even invited his mother-in-law as part of his crew on his trek across the U.S. (she has the ‘laundry on the road’ situation down to a science.) :)
